Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • QLD, VIC, ACT: 2–6 business days

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details via email once their order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel if required.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Aleris Labs is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we will assist where possible, Aleris Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather events
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us at info@alerislabs.co and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@alerislabs.co within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
