Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-sensitive items.

Products may only be eligible for return if they arrive damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was supplied.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@alerislabs.co.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer if payment was made via direct deposit.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect ordering by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
