Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged items resulting from misuse.

Products may be eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was supplied.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by customers
• Shipping delays outside our control
• Products that have been opened or used

Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from New South Wales, Australia.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared.

Estimated delivery times:

• NSW: 1–4 business days
• VIC, QLD, ACT: 2–6 business days
• SA, WA, NT, TAS: 3–10 business days
